Experteer Overview As a Program Analyst, you will oversee a dynamic backlog of business initiatives and align them with stakeholder priorities. You’ll manage interdependent projects, monitor risks, and drive agile delivery across the organization. You will lead with an inspect-and-adapt mindset, promoting continuous learning and agile maturity while safeguarding confidential data. You’ll collaborate with multiple business partners and contribute to quarterly and monthly readouts, shaping how we deliver value to clients. Compensation / Benefits * Manage the overall project/feature portfolio * Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects * Identify and mitigate cross-project risks and optimize resource use * Coordinate monthly software capitalization status readouts * Provide business input to quarterly status reports for management * Oversee and evolve feature management software implementation * Partner with stakeholders to understand requests and priorities * Promote customer engagement via monthly release readouts * Support agile organizational assessment and alignment across business units * Foster continuous learning and agile maturity; lead with an inspect-and-adapt approach * Protect confidential data and ensure secure handling * Demonstrate Ascensus core values in daily actions * Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned * Manage projects with established timelines and budgets Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree required * 7+ years of business experience preferred * 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience preferred * 5+ years program management experience preferred * Experience with web-based applications and interface conventions * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and agile tools (JIRA, Aha!, Confluence) * Familiarity with financial systems and participant transaction processing (529 Plans, retirement products) preferred * Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills * Ability to translate technical terms into business terms and document clearly * Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment * Strong relationship-building and influence skills * Ability to work with technology and product leads to maximize program delivery Key requirements *
