Associate Director- Software Development

Experteer Overview In this role you lead strategic, value-focused initiatives within Verizon’s Value Organization, driving technical innovation and portfolio outcomes. You’ll align initiatives with business objectives, manage budgets and timelines, and oversee cross-functional delivery. You’ll foster a culture of engineering excellence, guide architecture decisions, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with executives and stakeholders to optimize systems, elevate customer experiences, and advance telecom-focused digital initiatives.
