Experteer Overview As AEM Tech Lead, you will architect and oversee end-to-end AEM solutions for enterprise-scale environments, bridging business goals with technical delivery. You’ll stay ahead of the Adobe Experience Cloud roadmap while mentoring engineers and guiding integration strategies. Your leadership will drive scalable, best-practice designs and proactive risk management in complex ecosystems. This role offers impact across high-profile clients and a culture focused on curiosity, collaboration, and hands-on excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Architect and oversee end-to-end AEM solutions in complex enterprise environments * Stay at the forefront of the Adobe Experience Cloud roadmap and align decisions with client growth * Identify and mitigate risks from third-party integrations and legacy systems * Mentor and upskill team members to foster technical excellence * Lead by example with hands-on development and adherence to best practices in AEM design Tasks * Deep project knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS) and Adobe Commerce * Proficiency in Java, JCR, HTL, OSGi; experience with React or Angular for headless CMS * Experience with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and middleware for integration * Adobe certifications (ACE/ACM) are a significant advantage * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and successful team leadership in Agile environments * Professional English proficiency (C1) and ability to consult clients on implementation approaches Key requirements * flexible, hybrid working policy * 24 vacation days per year * extra vacation days on request * DEPT/YOU Learning Menu and Special Programs * health contributions through OpenUp and wellness discounts * training and certifications opportunities
Requirements
