Experteer Overview As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will shape the Group Benefits Experience assets and modernize core platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital services. You will drive architecture, quality, and delivery across React front ends, Node.js APIs, GraphQL, and .NET/Java ecosystems, while leveraging modern engineering practices and AI-enabled approaches. You’ll mentor engineers, foster an inclusive culture, and help align technical work with business goals in a fast-paced environment. This role offers impact at scale within a leading financial services organization.
