Senior Front End Planning Manager - Data CentresSpain - candidates must already be based in Spain with residency€80,000-€90,000 equivalent package, subject to final confirmationPermanentLead the front-end planning of major hyperscale data centre campuses across EMEA - from early site assessment through to construction readiness.This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who can de-risk complex developments, challenge design decisions early and create the planning structure needed to move multi-billion-pound infrastructure programmes forward.About the roleYou will coordinate Front End Planning across a portfolio of large-scale data centre developments, ensuring sites are technically viable, commercially sound and ready to progress into implementation.The role covers master planning, technical due diligence, site readiness, utilities, design coordination and programme-wide standardisation.Key responsibilitiesLead front-end planning from initial site assessment through to construction handoverCoordinate geo-assessments, campus planning updates and planning submissionsReview test fits to maximise site capacity and land utilisationManage buildability reviews and technical due diligenceDrive master planning across internal teams, consultants and external vendorsOversee early site preparation, pre-loading and ground readiness activitiesCoordinate major utility requirements and site capacity trigger plansIdentify value engineering opportunities during the design stageStandardise templates, reporting and document control across the EMEA programmeLead progress meetings and resolve critical programme issuesRequirementsStrong experience in pre-construction, master planning or front-end planningBackground delivering large-scale industrial, data centre or mission-critical infrastructureProven ability to manage multiple developments during due diligence and pre-constructionGood commercial understanding, including value engineering and design-stage cost optimisationExperience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractorsConfident operating within a complex, international matrix organisationFluent Spanish and EnglishAlready based in Spain with the right to work and permanent residencyUtility infrastructure and site capacity planningProgramme management consultancy or client-side deliveryExperience supporting projects across multiple EMEA locationsBest-Fit Candidates / Useful Matching ContextLikely backgrounds include Programme Planning Manager, Pre-Construction Manager, Front End Planning Manager, Development Manager, Technical Programme Manager, Design Manager or Master Planning Lead.Relevant environments may include hyperscale data centres, colocation providers, global technology infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, logistics campuses, pharmaceutical developments or other mission-critical construction programmes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
