Job description

  • Analyze existing Excel-based processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
  • Develop, test, and implement scripts to automate recurring data processing and reporting tasks
  • Create clear and user-friendly documentation for newly automated processes to ensure understanding and adoption across the team
  • Maintain and support existing automated Excel tools, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and necessary updates
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and supporting the preparation of reports for internal meetings

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills combined with hands-on experience using data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, and BI applications including Power BI and Tableau
  • Initial internship or project experience in process automation or data analytics is an advantage, but not required
  • Ability to prepare and analyze complex datasets and translate them into clear insights and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment
