Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5-7 years of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance frameworks Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) Exposure to global environments and multi-currency transactions Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities Fluent German (written & spoken - advanced level) Advanced English (C1 level)
