Experteer Overview In this role you help ensure top-quality gaming experiences by testing assigned games, logging issues, and validating fixes. You will lead testing content, coordinate with clients, and mentor junior staff while contributing to test strategy. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing needs and refine processes. This is an opportunity to impact game quality at scale and grow within a dedicated testing group. Compensation / Benefits * Play assigned game(s) to completion * Document glitches, bugs, and inaccuracies in bug tracking systems * Execute pre-written test cases * Rate or recommend game additions or modifications * Analyze test results, bugs, and usability; contribute to testing content documentation * Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications; prepare reports * Serve as a technical lead contributing to the test team * Assist in test environment setup and teardown * Coach junior staff to aid decision-making and problem solving * Be the main client contact to prioritize testing requirements * Informally lead a test team on various projects * Document basic user and systems manuals * Provide progress feedback to team members and management * Pursue continuous improvement of testing practices and hardware knowledge Tasks * 2+ years of experience in game testing * Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and organization * Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC * Adept at writing detailed, concise bug reports * Proven experience executing and managing test cases for features * Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Confluence or equivalents * Experience running build files with Visual Studio * Analytical problem-solving approach Key requirements *
