Senior Manager, IT Program Management

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead disciplined IT program management to plan, execute, and realize value from authentication solutions and fraud controls at Schwab Technology Services. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate strategy into roadmaps, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll govern multiple initiatives, manage risks, and enable effective governance and communication for senior leadership. A strong focus on data-driven insights, AI-enabled productivity, and stakeholder alignment will shape scalable, secure client experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Translate product and technology strategy into program roadmaps, leadership reporting, enablement materials, adoption metrics, and issue-resolution routines * Lead program-level planning and execution across multiple initiatives with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and success measures * Partner with channel leaders to understand business needs, readiness, client friction, adoption barriers, and delivery risks across web, mobile, service, branch, advisor, and internal support experiences * Support governance, communications, and executive reporting that provide visibility into initiative health, delivery progress, adoption outcomes, risks, issues, and decisions * Ensure delivery plans include success measures, communications, training, change management, escalation paths, and feedback mechanisms before and after launch * Use data, feedback, production insights, Copilot-enabled analysis, and program reporting to identify adoption gaps and opportunities to improve scale and outcomes * Champion practical use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and approved AI-enabled tools to improve planning, documentation, and productivity * Program Management Strategy: define vision, operating model, and success measures for disciplined IT program management * IT Program Management Discipline: lead cross-functional technology programs with strong planning, governance, risk, and delivery processes * Prioritization and Intake Management: create structured intake, prioritization, and trade-off routines * Reporting and Executive Visibility: build concise reporting for leadership on status, risks, adoption, and value * Communications Leadership: clear, proactive communications to drive action * Cross-Functional Orchestration: align product, technology, risk, operations, service, and partners for launch and post-launch support * Partner Enablement: translate capabilities into guidance, training, playbooks, and decision support * Operational Discipline: establish routines for intake, escalation, measurement, governance, and continuous improvement * Data-Driven Outcomes: use adoption metrics and feedback to quantify impact and identify improvements Tasks * 7+ years of experience in IT program management, product management, client experience, operations, or related roles * Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, operations, risk, and leadership * Strong program management discipline including scope, roadmap, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive communication * Ability to prioritize competing work, manage intake, and align stakeholders on capacity and impact * Experience creating leadership-ready reporting and communications * Use of data and qualitative feedback to identify adoption barriers and risks * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Jira, Confluence Key requirements *
