IT Project Manager, Senior Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional technology initiatives within Schwab Technology Services. You’ll drive delivery of complex projects-ranging from new product launches to large-scale applications and infrastructure upgrades-within a transitioning scaled agile environment. You will align priorities, manage scope, cost, and risk, and partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineers to deliver outcomes that enhance customer service. Compensation / Benefits * Lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives * Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans linking strategy to execution * Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects * Identify root causes and unblock execution through problem solving * Align stakeholders and influence decisions across a matrixed organization * Collaborate with Agile teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, engineers) to support delivery practices * Foster accountability to ensure commitments meet business priorities * Support transition to scaled agile methodologies * Drive large, complex technology projects that enable superior customer service Tasks * 3+ years of project management experience delivering small to medium-scale initiatives within technology or product-driven environments * 3+ years of experience using project management tools and artifacts (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, project budgets, status reporting) * Experience leading cross-functional teams, setting direction, and resolving conflicts * Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality) * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Key requirements * bonus or incentive opportunities
