Job description

Partner directly with customers to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Design, build, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using modern technologies.
Develop and integrate LLM-powered features, AI agents, and intelligent workflows into customer environments.
Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend experiences.
Work closely with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Own the complete software development lifecycle, from discovery and design through deployment and continuous improvement.
Optimize AI applications through prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and iterative improvements.
Travel to customer sites (2-3 days per week) to support implementation, collaboration, and solution delivery.

Requirements

3-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
Hands-on expertise with React and SQL.
Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM or Generative AI applications.
Knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation (Evals).
Experience developing scalable backend services and APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and traveling as needed., * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI frameworks.
Familiarity with Go programming language.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Iceberg.
Background in event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
Startup or high-growth company experience.
Experience working as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, or customer-facing software engineer.
Proven ability to own projects from concept through production deployment with minimal supervision
