Job description

Job Description We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale.This role is ideal for someone who has owned real-world Kubernetes platforms, understands the operational complexity of running distributed systems in production, and has strong experience with GitOps-based deployment workflows.The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, improving, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and production reliability practices.This person should be comfortable working across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable and repeatable deployment platforms.Key Responsibilities Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms.Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, manifests, Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and deployment patterns.Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux, Argo CD, or similar tools.Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure application delivery.Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, and application layers.Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid environments.Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns.Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.Collaborate with security teams to improve container, cluster, secrets, and supply-chain security.Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.Qualifications Strong hands-on Kubernetes production experience.Advanced Kubernetes knowledge, including deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, RBAC, network policies, probes, HPA, and storage.Strong GitOps experience, with Flux or Argo CD.Strong CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar platforms.Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize .Strong Linux systems, networking , and troubleshooting skills.Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS , including EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, or CloudWatch.Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or similar tools Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic, Better Stack, or similar.Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers.Strong written communication skills, especially for runbooks, architecture notes, and operational documentation.Nice to Have Service Mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd, Consul).Secrets Management experience (Vault, External Secrets, Sealed Secrets).Platform Engineering experience.Multi-region architectures.High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.Microservices and Distributed Systems experience.Incident Management and Postmortem practices.SRE practices and SLO-based operations.Additional Information We offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.Competitive Pay and Benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, and a relocation program.Work From Anywhere Culture: make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work.Growth Mindset : reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.Global Impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.Welcoming Multicultural Environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.Social Sustainability Values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.* Miratech is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status under applicable law.
