Job description

  • Manage MES service requests and provide technical support.
  • Test, document, and implement application and infrastructure changes.
  • Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate testing, change management, and application documentation.
  • Ensure GxP compliance, security, user access, and technical operations (backups, disaster recovery, upgrades).
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support ongoing operations and new requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or IT systems supporting production environments.
  • Experience with MES solutions; knowledge of Körber PAS-X is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, Citrix, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools.
  • Nice to have: Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, MBR lifecycle management, or Oracle administration.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
