Job description
- Manage MES service requests and provide technical support.
- Test, document, and implement application and infrastructure changes.
- Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements.
- Coordinate testing, change management, and application documentation.
- Ensure GxP compliance, security, user access, and technical operations (backups, disaster recovery, upgrades).
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support ongoing operations and new requirements.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or IT systems supporting production environments.
- Experience with MES solutions; knowledge of Körber PAS-X is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, Citrix, and Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with Generative AI tools.
- Nice to have: Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, MBR lifecycle management, or Oracle administration.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
