Experteer Overview In this role you will design enterprise data governance for Skills, Tasks, and Job Architecture to enable trustworthy, AI-ready data.You will own data definitions, quality rules, and the data catalogue, aligning global regions and functions with standardized standards.You’ll drive data quality campaigns, investigate root causes in Workday, and enable the Data Foundation and SkyHive integrations.This is a strategic, enterprise-impact role shaping how data supports a skills-based organization transformation at Sanofi.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design and own governance frameworks, standards, and data quality rules for Skills, Tasks, and Job Architecture domains* Document and maintain data definitions and quality rules; ensure complete, accurate data catalogue with ownership, lineage, and sensitivity classifications* Classify data assets for regulatory compliance and manage cross-domain data sharing agreements* Design and run data quality check framework and proactive remediation campaigns across the domains* Enable data for the Data Foundation; oversee SkyHive interface data lineage and cataloging in Informatica CDGC* Support AI initiatives with proper data classification and standardization; create governance content for organization-wide use* Analyze Workday rules and configurations to support global standardization; identify local constraints* Serve as global point of contact for governance and data catalog; drive adoption of global standards across regions* Collaborate with Digital Team on data configurations to ensure alignment with governance standards* Provide training and support to Local Data Champions and analysts to enable trusted reporting and analyticsResponsabilidades* Bachelor in Data Science* 5+ years of experience in data management, HR analytics, or analytical roles* Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configurations, and data structures* Knowledge of data governance tools, data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management* Familiarity with data quality assessment and remediation techniques* Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication for business stakeholders; project management experienceRequisitos principales*
Requirements
- Bachelor in Data Science
- 5+ years of experience in data management, HR analytics, or analytical roles
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configurations, and data structures
- Knowledge of data governance tools, data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management
- Familiarity with data quality assessment and remediation techniques
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication for business stakeholders; project management experience
