You’ll be solving your client’s challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.What you’ll do:Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirementsPrototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to make sure the system works the way your client needs it toRun workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.Lead the design of functional components related to ERP and business processes during the presales as experts on capabilities and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365Design, build, and demonstrate scenario flows with Microsoft Dynamics 365 aligned to the client’s business team key requirementsProvide input to estimating the functional workstream for the projectAdvise the delivery team during the functional solution designWork with the technical team to make sure that your clients’ needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.You will be responsible for creating differentiated propositions while solving business impacting client problems related to managed services solutions, and leveraging Microsoft Solutions and partnering across the Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture landscape to successful business outcomes.You will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achieve possible business outcomes.Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system.Support testing the proposed system and train users..You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time managementYou know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectivelyYou’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant fieldAt least five full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AXExperience managing/leading teams both on and offshoreHands-on functional experience with various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
