Job description

Kforce has a client in Findlay, TX that is seeking a Data Management & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. This individual will partner with business and technical stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights, design scalable reporting solutions, and improve the consistency and reliability of enterprise metrics., * Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools

  • Design scalable data models and standardized datasets
  • Analyze trends and deliver actionable business insights
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
  • Support enterprise reporting administration, deployment, and user adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation
  • Create documentation for metrics, business rules, and reporting solutions

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence, data modeling, dashboard development, and analytics. This role requires someone who can work across multiple data sources, understand business processes, and deliver meaningful reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making., * Advanced Power BI development, including dashboards, datasets, data modeling, and performance optimization

  • Strong SQL experience with data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
  • Experience working with large-scale ERP, warehouse, and enterprise data environments
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality processes
  • Experience implementing reporting security, access controls, and deployment standards
  • Strong understanding of operational, procurement, inventory, logistics, maintenance, or supply chain-related business processes
  • Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and validate business logic
  • Experience defining KPIs, metric calculations, and reporting standards
  • Proven ability to identify business trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities through data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

Preferred Background:

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide reporting and analytics initiatives
  • Exposure to modern data platforms, semantic modeling, and self-service reporting environments
  • Strong documentation, governance, and reporting lifecycle management experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex data and reporting challenges

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
