Sr Principal Network Architect

Join Indotroix as a Sr Principal Network Architect and drive the transformation of enterprise networking across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. In this high-impact role, you will architect, implement, and optimize advanced network solutions spanning AWS, Azure, OCI, and private cloud, leveraging Cisco SD-WAN as the strategic backbone. This is a 12+ month contract (temp-to-hire) in Nashua, NH, offering you the opportunity to lead modernization initiatives and directly influence organizational technology strategy. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement hybrid and multi-cloud network infrastructures across major hyperscalers, with a focus on FedRamp-compliant environments.
• Lead the adoption and integration of Cisco SD-WAN across data centers, branches, and cloud platforms.
• Design and optimize private/cloud connectivity, including backbone routing, VPN, SD-WAN on-ramps, and high-availability patterns.
• Drive network planning, governance, lifecycle management, and ensure CMMC compliance.
• Enhance security posture by deploying cloud-native controls, segmentation strategies, and identity-aware access.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code automation using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Improve observability and performance monitoring with tools like SolarWinds and SD-WAN analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to accelerate modernization.
• Deploy and maintain Cisco ACI fabrics and support Layer 2 extension technologies.
• Engineer and maintain global/regional load balancing solutions and network segmentation strategies.
• Oversee routing design (BGP, OSPF, EVPN) and optimize WAN architectures for performance and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex network issues.
• Champion zero-trust network principles and micro-segmentation.

8+ years of enterprise networking experience with advanced hybrid and multi-cloud architecture expertise.

• Proven hands-on experience designing network architectures with AWS, Azure, and OCI.
• Mastery of Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, vBond, vSmart), backbone connectivity, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Deep knowledge of multi-cloud routing, peering, transit architectures, and hybrid connectivity (private circuits, VPN, SD-WAN).
• Strong background in cloud-native security, segmentation, encryption, and identity-aware access controls.
• Proficiency in network automation using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring solutions.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications: CCNP, Cisco SD-WAN Specialist, or cloud networking certifications.
• Experience with SASE solutions, cloud firewall/NVA deployments, and cloud modernization/migration projects.
• Familiarity with DNS architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud, CI/CD pipelines for network deployments, and Kubernetes networking.
