Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the integration of new hardware platforms and infrastructure technologies into Meta’s data centers. You’ll design and validate DFS requirements, and prepare tooling and automation for scalable deployment. You work with cross-functional teams to develop test plans for AI/ML, compute, storage, and networking products, ensuring robust integration with existing software tooling. This position offers impact through shaping hardware-software readiness across global data center operations, with a focus on high-performance, scalable systems. Compensation / Benefits * Lead new product introduction and deployment of hardware in data centers globally * Drive architecture reviews to develop diagnostic coverage for hardware and software * Develop and execute DFS-based design for serviceability for new hardware * Create and validate data center readiness tooling and test plans * Collaborate with ODM/OEM vendors to define specs, development, and test plans * Capture lessons learned and translate into new hardware test cases * Engage with cross-functional teams to align hardware roadmaps and milestones * Travel to Meta data centers as needed (domestic/international) Tasks * 10+ years in system administration or engineering, hardware validation/testing for AI/ML, compute, storage, or networking equipment * Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills * Experience developing test plans from specifications and executing with standard testing tools * Familiarity with ASIC, compute, storage and network architecture and hardware troubleshooting * Experience with global teams and multiple time zones * Proficiency in higher-level programming languages (Python, PHP, C++, or Java) * Experience with operational validation methods for new product integration * Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence policies for hardware integration Key requirements *
