Systems Integration Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the successful integration of new data center hardware platforms and infrastructure technologies. You lead system design for serviceability and validate tooling and automation readiness for scalable deployment. You’ll develop test plans for AI/ML, compute, storage, and networking products within Meta’s data centers, triaging field failures and collaborating across engineering, operations, and leadership. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping hardware and tooling architecture for enterprise-scale operations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead new product introduction and hardware platform launches across global data centers * Drive architecture reviews to develop diagnostic coverage for hardware and software * Guide design for serviceability to ensure fit-for-purpose hardware in existing data center environments * Develop and execute data center readiness tooling validation testing based on tooling development plans * Engage early with design teams to influence hardware and tooling architecture * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align hardware roadmaps and implementation milestones * Coordinate with ODM/OEM vendors to define specifications, development plans, and test plans * Capture lessons learned from production issues and create test cases for future platforms * Travel 25% domestically/internationally to Meta data centers/offices Tasks * BS in Engineering or relevant technical field or commensurate experience * 10+ years in system administration or engineering, hardware validation testing, or AI/ML compute/storage/networking equipment * Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills * Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and implement new tech processes to production * Experience developing and executing test plans from specifications using standard testing tools * Solid technical aptitude in ASIC, compute, storage, and network architectures, plus troubleshooting * Experience in global, distributed team environments * Proficiency in higher-level languages (Python, PHP, C++, or Java) and in learning software/frameworks/APIs * Experience with operational validation methods for new product integration * Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing hardware/infrastructure policies Key requirements *
