Experteer Overview In this principal role, you will design and secure AI/ML architectures to predict, detect, and prevent AI-specific threats within AT&T’s environment. You will lead hands-on technical work and collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into robust security architectures. You will shape the security strategy for AI initiatives while upholding governance and ethics. This is a high-impact, transformative opportunity to advance secure AI at scale in a fast-moving field. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and optimize AI/AI Security architectures, threat models, and tools for threat identification, prediction, and prevention * Implement and secure agentic and MCP architectures, neural networks, and AI techniques to enhance threat detection and risk scoring * Integrate AI security tools across architectures with data scientists and security engineers * Analyze AI security risk scoring and incident data to refine architectures and methodologies * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in Agentic and MCP architectures * Ensure alignment with industry standards (NIST AI-RMF, ISO42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLM) and advanced security architectures * Stay abreast of emerging AI and cybersecurity trends Tasks * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or closely related discipline (preferred) * 7+ years of AI and cloud-focused architectures and cybersecurity experience in an enterprise environment * Expertise in Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages * Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Crew, OpenClaw) and AI orchestration * Hands-on experience with AI security technologies (intrusion detection, anomaly detection, threat intelligence) * 5+ years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud native services, architectures, and tools * Expertise in enterprise and AI architecture patterns * Advanced knowledge of security and governance frameworks (NIST AI-RMF, ISO42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLM) * Strong communication and collaboration skills Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Paid Caregiver Leave
