Sentinel - Command Systems Test Engineering Manager 2 (19166)

Experteer Overview You lead testing for the Sentinel ground system on the CS program, shaping test strategy and ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery. You’ll coordinate across multiple teams to design plans, verify requirements, and execute hardware-in-the-loop tests. You’ll mentor a diverse test engineering group and partner with systems, software, and design teams to drive robust integration. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven defense program and involves leadership, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
