We are currently looking for a Sr Lead Data Engineer / Architect (Azure Digital Data Platform) in Spain.In this role, you will lead the design, migration, and modernization of a large-scale data platform on Azure. You will play a pivotal role in transforming legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures, enabling scalable and efficient data operations. Working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will guide data modeling, architecture, and platform best practices. This hands-on position involves both strategic planning and technical execution, including migration to Databricks, implementation of Azure Data Lake, and adoption of Unity Catalog. You will influence key decisions across the data landscape, ensuring reliability, governance, and optimal performance.
