Job description

Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Google CES/Dialogflow.
Integrate LLM models and AI services into chatbot applications.
Develop backend services using Python.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs with enterprise applications.
Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve AI responses.
Maintain source code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Google CES Developer with strong expertise in Google Dialogflow (Google Customer Engagement Suite - CES), Python, AI/LLM integrations, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate should have experience building conversational AI solutions, integrating APIs, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

10+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow / Google CES
Proficiency in Python
Experience integrating AI/LLM models (Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Experience designing and developing conversational AI/chatbot solutions
Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
Knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, * Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong expertise in Google Dialogflow / Google CES.
Hands-on experience with Python and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with AI/LLM integration projects.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
Google Google Cloud Platform Developer Certification is highly preferred.
