Job description
As a QA Test Analyst (Manual & Automation), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams to validate business requirements, support modernization initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments., * Perform manual and automated testing across enterprise applications and integrated platforms.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business and technical requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, API, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using approved automation frameworks.
- Validate APIs, web services, and integrations between internal and external systems.
- Perform backend data validation and verification using SQL queries.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and retest software defects through resolution.
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure complete test coverage across releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirements reviews, sprint planning, and release activities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience testing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in both manual testing and test automation methodologies.
- Experience working within SDLC and Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, Java, Postman, REST API testing, and web service validation.
- Experience testing Salesforce applications, mobile applications, and Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and database testing.
- Experience using Jira, defect tracking tools, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and test management processes.
- Strong understanding of test planning, test strategy, defect lifecycle management, and test estimation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting healthcare, eligibility, benefits management, public sector, or policy-driven enterprise systems is highly preferred.
