Staff CIDO IT Program Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead BRAMC’s digital manufacturing and IT/OT strategy, aligning with CIDO and BRAMC leadership to enable automated, data-driven production. You will shape the digital manufacturing ecosystem from development to full-scale production across product lines, ensuring value delivery and governance within enterprise standards. You drive advanced manufacturing capabilities-robotics, automation, and IoT-while coordinating a matrixed team of IT, OT, and engineering SMEs. Your work directly supports manufacturing outcomes, KPIs, and strategic objectives in a fast-paced, secure environment. This is a mission-driven opportunity at a premier defense contractor with a focus on innovative, Compensation / Benefits * Own BRAMC’s digital manufacturing and IT/OT architecture decisions within enterprise standards and validate SME recommendations * Enable advanced manufacturing including robotics, automation, and IoT for classified manufacturing, assembly, and test * Lead a matrixed team of IT, OT, and engineering SMEs to implement BRAMC’s digital manufacturing ecosystem from development to production * Co-own manufacturing KPIs (cycle time, yield, throughput, OEE) with operations leadership and translate digital initiatives into measurable improvements * Align CIDO capabilities with business goals and articulate value and tradeoffs to stakeholders * Translate SME options into a prioritized execution roadmap and drive delivery * Provide strategic planning for digital manufacturing, execution systems, and data-driven operations * Coordinate/lead infrastructure support for classified areas and ERP/MES/MPLM pillar system adoption and sustainment * Ensure responsive day-to-day information services support and cross-service-line collaboration to meet key mission priorities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years, or equivalent combination * Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance (or enrolled in CEP) and ability to obtain/maintain SAP/SAR clearance * Proven strategic direction for CIDO services, solutions, processes, applications, and technology * Strong communication with stakeholders from technical staff to senior leaders * Experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules; demonstrated leadership * Experience with digital twin technology for real-time monitoring and optimization * Experience driving adoption of AI and ML; understanding of IoT integration for data collection, automation, and analytics Key requirements * flexible work arrangements * learning opportunities and exposure to diverse projects * friendly team environment * excellent benefits/healthcare * 9/80 work schedule * 401k matching
