Experteer Overview In this role you drive measurement and value realization for the Mass Markets Transformation portfolio, quantifying benefits and guiding decisions with analytics. You partner with transformation leads and Finance to define success, attach measurable KPIs, and ensure credible benefit claims. You translate complex results into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced analytics to influence large-scale business outcomes. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at a leader in connectivity and innovation. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze diverse data sets to solve business problems and predict behaviors * Apply advanced statistical methods to support decision-making and quantify variances * Develop business cases and complex models using big data tools for process and financial improvements * Build reporting, dashboards, and visualizations to inform strategic directions * Collaborate with transformation leads and finance to align methodologies and value measurement * Develop and test predictive models (e.g., regression, time series) and verify accuracy in real-world scenarios * Provide executive-ready communications and actionable insights from data Tasks * 7+ years of related experience * Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred * Certification required in some areas * Strong analytical rigor and ability to translate results into decisions * Experience with data storage and analytics platforms * Ability to work across multiple initiatives and senior stakeholders Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Adoption Reimbursement
