Staff IT Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will identify constraints and opportunities affecting business and technology strategy, troubleshoot with vendors and partners, and monitor critical file movement that supports monetary processing. You’ll assess current branch-operations processes and document current-state practices and metrics while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance KRIs and KPIs. You will facilitate cross-functional discussions to define challenges, gather insights, and ensure issues are addressed. You’ll lead domain projects with minimal supervision and maintain critical operational metrics in a risk-aware, regulated environment. Compensation / Benefits * Identify constraints and opportunities impacting business or technology strategy * Troubleshoot issues with vendors and business partners * Monitor critical file movement jobs supporting monetary and system processing * Assess current processes and metrics for core branch applications * Document current-state processes, practices, and metrics * Lead domain projects with minimal supervision, defining scope and timelines * Track KRIs, KPIs, and provide high-quality deliverables * Facilitate discussions with IT, Product, Vendor and Business SMEs to define challenges and gather insights * Apply risk management experience in a large financial institution Tasks * 3+ years of relevant experience * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required) * Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of financial services or banking (preferred) * Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance requirements, industry standards, and best practices (preferred) * Intermediate to advanced skills in process and data analysis with strong critical thinking * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lucid or Visio, and other domain-relevant tools * Intermediate verbal and written communication skills * Occasional travel required Key requirements * competitive salaries * ownership stake in the company * medical and dental insurance * time off * 401k matching program * tuition assistance program
