• Monitor and track software usage, ensuring full compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements
• Maintain comprehensive repositories for applications, databases, and associated assets
• Manage RFQs, purchase requests, and budget tracking to support organizational goals
• Analyze license consumption data for accurate forecasting and cost optimization
• Conduct internal software audits, summarize findings, and report to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain licensing needs and plan effectively
• Identify compliance risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

Bachelor’s Degree required

• Active Secret Clearance required
• 2-4 years of experience managing software licensing, compliance, and asset tracking
• Demonstrated strength in data analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage complex processes independently and within teams [Preferred Skills]

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail; able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
