Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Designer in the Experience Design & Research practice, you will shape digital and service experiences for Northern Trust products. You collaborate with business, technology, and design peers to enhance interactions and meet user needs. You contribute across discovery, development, and delivery, from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, leveraging the NT Digital Design System. You drive accessible, user-centered design in an agile environment that supports business objectives and diversity of thought. This role offers the chance to impact complex financial experiences at scale while growing as a design leader.
