Job description
Experteer Overview As a Node.js Developer, you will design, build, and operate serverless applications on AWS that power customer interactions within an AWS-based contact center platform. You will create Lambda-based services, integrate with Amazon Connect and Lex, and connect contact center workflows to CRM and backend systems. Your work enables secure, scalable IVR and self-service experiences. This role offers you the chance to shape modern, resilient serverless solutions in a collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications on AWS Lambda * Build IVR and self-service workflows with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex * Create integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise apps, databases, CRM, and third-party APIs * Develop reusable Lambda services for authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions * Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using AWS services * Apply secure coding practices (encryption, authentication, authorization, data protection) * Participate in CI/CD and deployment automation using GitHub and AWS DevOps * Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability * Collaborate with solution architects, contact center engineers, QA, and stakeholders throughout SDLC * Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests for serverless apps * Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and runbooks Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience * 3+ years of Node.js development experience * 2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience * Experience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functions * Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures * Experience with AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge * Experience using Git and GitHub for source control and CI/CD * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills * Understanding of secure software development practices and cloud security principles Key requirements *
