Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Medicaid domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead ETL development efforts, design enterprise data integration solutions, and ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant data processing within a data warehouse environment., * Lead ETL design, development, and implementation using Informatica 10.x or higher in enterprise data warehouse environments

  • Design and manage data integration architecture, ensuring best practices, standards, and governance policies
  • Integrate data from heterogeneous sources such as Oracle databases and flat files
  • Mentor and guide ETL development teams
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL code and translate into efficient Informatica mappings
  • Implement database security measures including FGAC Audit (FGACA) and Virtual Private Database (VPD)
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and protection of sensitive healthcare data (Medicaid/Pharmacy)
  • Develop UNIX shell scripts for automation, file validation, and secure file transfers (FTP/SFTP)
  • Implement Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) solutions including profiling, cleansing, matching, and merging
  • Design and maintain dimensional data models for data warehouses and datamarts
  • Perform testing activities including unit, integration, regression, performance, and UAT
  • Support code migration and deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
  • Develop OBIEE dashboards and reports including RPD and metadata modeling
  • Establish and enforce data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks

Requirements

  • 84 months of experience with Informatica 10.x or higher in enterprise data warehouse environments
  • 72 months of experience leading ETL teams and designing enterprise data integration architecture
  • 72 months of experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL optimization
  • 72 months of experience implementing database security controls (FGACA, VPD) with HIPAA compliance
  • 72 months of experience with UNIX shell scripting for automation and ETL workflows
  • 72 months of experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tools and processes
  • 48 months of experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) using tools such as Erwin
  • 36 months of experience in system testing and release management
  • 24 months of experience with OBIEE dashboards and reporting
  • 24 months of experience in data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks
  • Bachelor s degree in an IT-related field
  • Informatica certification preferred
