WorkForce Software, Lead Project Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end client software implementation and integration projects, aligning contractual deliverables and timelines with the client’s needs. You’ll build strong client relationships while deploying WorkForce Software’s suite, positioning clients for long-term success. You’ll manage project control activities daily and address delivery gaps to keep projects on track, across geographies and industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing client and internal priorities, with a culture that values inclusion, initiative, and impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end client software implementation and integration projects * Manage contractual deliverables, timelines, change orders, and statements of work * Create internal financial profitability reporting across multiple projects * Provide diplomatic, influential communication to support change initiatives * Support associates with skills for planning, execution, and delivery of projects * Establish and manage client expectations; mitigate delivery issues and staffing risks * Collaborate across teams to implement positive project outcomes and innovative solutions * Travel up to 50% and work a hybrid model where applicable Tasks * 8+ years of project management experience with external customers * 8+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations * Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management is preferred * Knowledge of software development processes and cycles * Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies * Ability to travel up to 50% and flexible hours * Bachelor’s degree is not required * Experience in Military service is noted as acceptable background Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * Life Insurance * Matched Retirement Savings * Wellness Program
