Sr Dir Software - Data Platform Engineer - Minneapolis, MN

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a large engineering organization responsible for reference architectures, engineering standards, and platform capabilities across software, data, and AI foundations. You’ll drive adoption of scalable, cloud-native solutions and personally validate major architectural decisions with hands-on pilots. You’ll mentor senior engineers and leaders, partnering with product, data, AI/ML, security, and infrastructure teams to align delivery with long-term business goals. This position combines strategic guidance with practical engineering oversight to enable enterprise-scale, reliable platforms.
