Lead Data Scientist - Advanced AI (Applied ML, Agentic, Gen AI)

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development and scaling of AI/ML capabilities that drive automation, insight, and action across Target’s core workflows. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to translate complex problems into practical AI solutions, from prototype to production. You’ll shape evaluation metrics, monitor models, and promote reliable, responsible AI practices at scale. This is a chance to impact enterprise AI capabilities and contribute to reusable patterns across the Advanced AI team.
