Requirements

5+ years of front-end development experience with 3+ years of strong hands-on React.js experience in enterprise applications.
Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React Hooks, and responsive web development.
Experience building reusable React components, implementing state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit or Context API, and following modern front-end architecture practices.
Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and backend services.
Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright for unit, integration, and UI testing.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, npm/Webpack/Vite, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development.
Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization, accessibility/WCAG, browser compatibility, and application security.
Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, observability tools, and enterprise/financial-services applications is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
