Job description

Support and troubleshoot Terminal Management System (TMS6 / TMS7).
Perform command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management in Linux / Red Hat.
Execute basic queries, transaction and data validation in MySQL.
Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment.
Participate in incident management including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Handle P1 / P2 incidents and participate in bridge calls.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective / preventive actions.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking.
Work within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure).
Be flexible to work in US/night shifts.

Requirements

Requirement/Must Have:

10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
Willing to participate in rotational on-call support.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting PLC and HMI systems., * Knowledge of OT integrations & transaction flow (Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman).
Experience with FactoryTalk View SE and Inductive Automation Ignition.
Experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
