Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, system integration, or IT operations

At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering role
Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life/Health underwriting lifecycles, rules engines, and policy lifecycle management
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python (for vendor discussions)
Familiarity with modern underwriting platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Majesco) is a plus
Interest and good understanding of AI capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders
Comfortable conducting reviews with vendors and challenging their approaches when necessary
