Job description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer with 7+ years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience to develop analytical models that improve manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, labor optimization, and production cost. The ideal candidate should have strong Industrial Engineering fundamentals and experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations.

  • Six Sigma
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with production data analysis and manufacturing modeling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Greenfield/Brownfield manufacturing projects
  • CAPEX management
  • Supplier validation
  • Factory layout planning
  • Simulation tools (FlexSim, AnyLogic, Simio)
  • Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
