Clinical Applications Analyst II

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Analyst to join our team in supporting, upgrading, and implementing critical clinical applications and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clinical software is fully tested, seamless to operate, and aligned with user needs, directly supporting clinical operations and patient care environments., Implement, upgrade, and support complex clinical application systems and EMR solutions.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing problem-solving support for clinical end-users.

Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of all software systems prior to production deployment.

Document and map complex operational processes, procedures, and future-state system environments.

Train and educate clinical personnel on system functionality, workflows, and updated capabilities.

Provide mentoring and guidance in systems analysis, design, specification development, and client methodologies.

Proven experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting clinical application systems or EMR platforms.

Strong background in systems analysis, integration testing, and technical process documentation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of successfully training end-users.

Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY based on hybrid schedule requirements (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting Rehabilitation-specific clinical applications and workflows.

Demonstrated mentoring experience in system analysis and functional design.

Background working within multi-site healthcare operations or centralized support center environments.
