Experteer Overview In this role you lead ERP pillar planning and execution within a university-wide program. You align cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and governance bodies to deliver enterprise systems like Workday, Oracle Cloud, or PeopleSoft. You drive structured planning, risk and change management, and stewardship of program governance to ensure timely, scoped ERP deployments. You will mentor project staff and foster continuous improvement in PMO processes. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams * Coordinate planning activities and facilitate dependencies and resource needs * Monitor progress against timelines and scope; maintain dashboards and reporting * Support phase transitions across Readiness, Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, Sustain * Monitor program status, KPI, and governance materials; prepare executive reports * Facilitate RAID management, risk mitigation, and escalation through governance channels * Coordinate cross-functional activities with HR, Finance, Technical, Security, Training, Testing, and Deployment teams * Provide day-to-day direction for staff and consultants as project evolves * Maintain risk/issue registers and support change control processes * Support staffing planning, capacity, backfill, and resource availability reporting * Contribute to PMO processes, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives Tasks * Experience managing ERP or enterprise technology implementations * Experience in higher education, healthcare, or public-sector environments (preferred) * Experience with Workday, Oracle Cloud, or PeopleSoft (preferred) * PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred) * PMO environment experience (preferred) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong governance, RAID, and reporting capabilities Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision plans * retirement plan * paid time off * short- and long-term disability * paid parental leave * educational fee discounts
