Data Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design frameworks to measure the value of data, analytics, and AI initiatives and communicate their impact to executives. You’ll bridge strategy, business leaders, and data teams to ensure investments align with priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll build ROI models and value frameworks to guide decisions and scale value realization across Corporate Functions. This is an enterprise-scale, data-driven position with a clear focus on turning insights into sustained business value. Compensation / Benefits * Design and operationalize value measurement frameworks for data, analytics, and AI initiatives across Corporate Functions * Define success metrics, KPIs, and expected outcomes with business leaders for data-driven use cases * Build and maintain value models including cost-benefit and ROI analyses to inform strategy * Translate analytics outcomes into clear business narratives highlighting impact, risks, and improvement opportunities * Collaborate with Data Strategists and technical teams to embed value considerations from use case to delivery and scaling * Establish consistent methodologies, tools, and governance for value measurement and reporting * Identify opportunities to reprioritize investments based on performance and evolving needs * Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to visualize portfolio performance and value realization * Ensure alignment between enterprise data strategy, financial planning, and performance management * Stay current on leading practices in value measurement, analytics, and AI Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred * 8+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or data value measurement roles * Proven experience building ROI models and value frameworks for digital, data, or analytics initiatives * Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights * Experience with modern data and analytics tools, BI platforms, and data visualization technologies * Solid understanding of data strategy, data governance, and analytics lifecycle concepts * Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment * Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leaders * High digital and AI literacy with ability to assess business impact and value potential * Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities * Experience aligning analytics outcomes with financial and operational performance metrics * Commitment to continuous improvement and innovative approaches to drive outcomes Key requirements * medical benefits * financial benefits * annual incentive * career growth opportunities * collaborative network of professionals * access to advanced analytics tools
