Experteer Overview In this role you will drive Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives from discovery to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define processes and user stories. You will lead workshops, map business flows, and ensure solutions align with both business needs and technical feasibility. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful service cloud configurations and migrations. This contract position offers the opportunity to shape how a client delivers customer service at scale, leveraging modern integrations and automation.
