Experteer Overview As a Connected Vehicle Launch Quality Lead, you will own early warning quality for new vehicle launches using connected data. Based in Dearborn with a hybrid on-site/remote setup, you lead cross-functional teams to identify and address DTC trends across IVI, BCM and ADAS. You translate complex analytics into actionable insights that reduce costs and improve the ownership experience. This role sits in a digital-systems quality organization driving rapid issue resolution during launches. You help Ford advance its digital-first, data-driven approach to vehicle health and quality. Compensation / Benefits * Extract and analyze connected vehicle data to identify early-stage DTCs and performance anomalies during new vehicle launches * Lead investigations into IVI, BCM, and ADAS performance to differentiate software, hardware, and calibration issues * Manage cross-functional quality investigations, ensuring issues are tracked, root-caused, and resolved by Product Development teams * Synthesize data into clear leadership insights focused on enterprise Cost and Quality metrics * Develop automated detection tools and analytics dashboards to shorten speed to detection of vehicle health issues Tasks * Bachelor in Engineering; 3+ years in automotive engineering, quality management, or data analytics * 3+ years of technical understanding of IVI, BCM, and ADAS * 3+ years of experience with vehicle diagnostics, CAN/Ethernet, and DTC logic/strategies * 3+ years of experience with Big Data tools (SQL, GCP BigQuery, GCP DML, or PowerBI) * 3+ years understanding how software and hardware interact across complex vehicle architectures * 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and aligning without direct authority Key requirements * Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage * Flexible family care days * Tuition assistance * Vehicle discount program for employees and family * Paid time off * Paid holidays
