SAP EWM Senior Manager - Products

Experteer Overview In this role you lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs across industries, aligning with Accenture’s supply chain and digital core initiatives. You work with cross-functional teams to shape solution architecture, governance, and delivery for S/4HANA-based warehousing. You’ll manage multi-geo rollouts, mentor consultants, and ensure steady client value delivery. The opportunity combines leadership with deep SAP EWM expertise to drive tangible supply chain improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts across geographies and business units * Own program governance, timelines, budget, and risk management * Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client supply chain strategy * Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders * Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design (structure, putaway/picking, labor, yard, MFS/automation integration) * Review/approve functional specs, configurations, and test scripts * Drive integration design with SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors) * Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation * Mentor junior consultants and develop client capabilities * Travel as required (0-100%) Tasks * Minimum 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience * Minimum 8 years of full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role * Minimum 5 years delivering EWM programs in two of Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, or Industrials Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
