Job description

  • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units
  • Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
  • Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client’s long-term supply chain strategy
  • Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, putaway and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration
  • Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
  • Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems)
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
  • Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for our clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP EWM functional expertise with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs, * Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience

  • Minimum of 8 years full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering EWM programs in at least two of the following industries: pharmaceuticals/life sciences, consumer goods, retail, automotive, or industrials
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points If:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP EWM (C_EWM_2020 or equivalent)
  • SAP Activate methodology certification or equivalent agile delivery experience
  • Prior Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting background
