Requirements

10+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on coding in Java (Python or Scala is a plus)
Experience building Streaming Data Pipelines
Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
REST APIs and GraphQL
Microservices Architecture
Data Modeling, Canonical Data Models, Schema Design
CI/CD, DevOps, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Logging, Monitoring, Debugging, and Troubleshooting
NoSQL/Graph databases
Experience building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications, * Strong hands-on Technical Lead (not just managerial)
Expert in Java-based backend development
Experience with Kafka, APIs, and Microservices
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
