Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree?Experience: 5+ years of experience in multiple IT areas, including at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, such as technical architecture, network management, Application development, Middleware, Database Management, or operations?Technical Skills: Understanding of ServiceNow products and architecture, including Core Platform, CMDB, integrations, security, release process, and update set promotion?Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience as a solution architect3+ years of leading technology efforts3+ years supporting the ServiceNow platformSolution Architecture experience across business, Technology, Data, application, and infrastructure domainsDemonstrated experience in performing Solution Architecture for large and complex solutionsProfessional communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter expertsAbility to multi-task with time management and prioritization skills
