ServiceNow Solution Architect @ Hybrid Onsite at Multiple Locations (USA) - W2 Only

• Design ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead architecture discussions for platform enhancements, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Review current IT environment, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support governance, standards, and architecture best practices.
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
• Document architecture designs, solution decisions, and implementation approaches.

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders highly preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field, Looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong platform architecture experience, solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules and integrations, and the ability to work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should understand ServiceNow core platform, CMDB, security, integrations, release management, and solution design for large enterprise environments. Required Skills * 5+ years of experience across multiple IT areas such as application development, technical architecture, middleware, database, operations, or network management.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including the Core Platform, CMDB, integrations, security, release process, and update set promotion.
• Experience working in client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environments.
• Ability to support solution design, architecture reviews, and platform governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, developers, managers, and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of experience supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• 3+ years of leading technology initiatives or architecture efforts.
• Experience designing solutions across business, application, data, technology, and infrastructure domains.
• Experience working on large, complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills., The ideal candidate is someone with a blend of ServiceNow architecture knowledge and hands-on technical background, especially candidates who may have been developers earlier but also have SOA knowledge and experience collaborating with architects. Strong fit profiles may come from ServiceNow developers, lead developers, technical leads, or platform engineers who have moved into solution design and architecture responsibilities.
