AI Solutions Specialist

Our client is looking for a AI solutions resource who will be designing, building, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that improve business operations and business productivity across the organization. This person will be partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions using ChatGPT, OpenAI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflow automation tools.

Hands-on experience developing AI solutions using ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.

Strong prompt engineering skills and experience translating business requirements into functional AI solutions.

Experience building, testing, deploying, and optimizing AI agents, workflows, automations, and prompt-based applications.

Ability to evaluate business needs and recommend appropriate AI technologies and solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience gathering user feedback, driving adoption, and improving AI products.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
