Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of predictive models to support credit risk decisions and regulatory-compliant analytics at HCA. You will guide model development, production monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with auditors, compliance, IT, and data teams to ensure data quality and impact. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, values-driven environment that shapes risk analytics for auto financing at scale. You’ll translate complex analytics into business impact and drive improvements across the model lifecycle. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the design and development of predictive models to support business functions and model monitoring * Maintain model production processes and conduct analyses to support functions * Collaborate with internal/external auditors, model validation, legal/compliance, accounting, and stakeholders for regulatory adherence * Partner with IT, data engineering and EDW teams to validate and improve data quality Tasks * Minimum 8 years of predictive modeling with focus on credit risk and credit bureau data; 5 years in financial/auto industry * Master’s degree in a quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred * Deep knowledge of statistics and data science techniques (generalized regression, survival analysis, sampling design, hypothesis testing, stochastic processes) * Proficiency in ML algorithms and AI approaches * Experience with credit risk, regulatory requirements, market trends in auto/finance * Ability to translate abstract analytics into actionable business insights * Proficiency in SAS, Python, R or similar statistical programming languages * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Attention to detail and timelines Key requirements * Hybrid flexibility - 4 days in office, 1 day remote * Vehicle perks - monthly vehicle allowance plus discounts * Comprehensive health coverage - medical, dental, vision * Employer-funded HSA contributions * 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting * 100% company-paid life and disability insurance
